Stilé offers a handpicked selection of vintage design furniture. Each piece is chosen for its character, quality, and the timeless story it carries into a new home. Please note that all items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with age. These imperfections are always clearly described and shown in the photos. If you have any further questions about the condition of a piece, feel free to reach out.

VIEWING PIECES

Although stilé is an online store, it is possible to view pieces in person in Jette, Brussels. You can schedule a visit through the contact form.

RESERVE PIECES

It is not possible to reserve items. Pieces remain available for purchase online at all times.

ORDER & PAYMENT

An order is considered final once payment has been received. Payment methods available are those shown at checkout. All prices are in EUR.

SHIPPING

Stilé offers shipping, both within Belgium and internationally. Since each piece is unique in size and weight, shipping costs and delivery times vary. For now, shipping is arranged on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in having a piece delivered, please get in touch via the contact form for a tailored quote. For orders outside the EU, local customs may charge import duties, taxes, or fees. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price. Delays or extra charges due to unpaid fees are also at the buyer’s expense. To avoid surprises, I recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 5 working days after the payment is received. Delivery times depend on the size and destination of each piece. While I do my best to ensure a smooth and fast delivery, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

PICKUP

Prefer to collect your piece yourself? That’s possible too. Pickup is available in Jette, Brussels. Items purchased for pick-up should be collected within 7 calendar days after purchase, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. Please contact me to set up an appointment.

RETURN POLICY

I want you to love your piece as much as I do. But if it turns out not to be the right fit, items purchased online within the EU can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Contact me before arranging the return so we can go over the details together. Items must be packed with the same care as when they were sent and returned in the same condition. If an item arrives damaged or altered, a refund cannot be made. Please note that items that were collected in person can't be returned.

DAMAGED PIECE

All pieces are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Stilé cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or losses once a package has been handed over to the shipping provider. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damage and packaging. Together we’ll look for the best solution. If shipping or pickup is arranged by the buyer, responsibility for transport lies with the buyer.
